Naturopathy is "being close to or benefiting from nature". ~Stewart Mitchell
What is Traditional Naturopathy?
A traditional classically trained Naturopath specializes in wellness and prevention. They focus on nature and the healing power of the body to prevent illness and disease.
A Naturopath looks at the overall health and history of the individual person in order to determine the underlying cause of illness rather than addressing just the symptoms.
Traditional Naturopaths guide and teach clients about whole body health, natural health approaches such as fasting and detoxification, dietary improvements, use of herbs, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, exercise, rest, sunshine, and many other natural health modalities.
