relief as well as provide relaxation. By focusing on one thought or staring at one object, you can shut out stress and other distractions.
Pick a chocolate that you haven’t had in awhile. Open the pack…
inhale the aroma! Breathe slowly, hold it … repeat!
Break off a piece and study every nook and cranny of that chocolate. Pop it into your mouth and let it slowly melt on your tongue. Savor the flavor of this chocolate!
If your mind happens to wander, steer it back to the multi-faceted flavor of said chocolate.
