We had the honor and pleasure to spend a beautiful weekend down in The Ozarks educating four wonderful ladies about wellness. We spent our time learning about health, relaxing in the sun, fishing on the dock, sampling healthy food options, and experiencing a "mini-spa" night!
I always find retreats to be a great opportunity (excuse more like it!!) to take care of myself! For me, it's a time to relax, rejuvenate, and restart life! How about you?
Retreats don't necessarily have to be a place to go. They can be a few hours hiding away to read a good book.... spending time walking around a museum.... many different ways to "retreat".
