It's January and “I resolve NOT to have Resolutions”!!!
Say what?! Yes!
Ok, I will admit I’ve never really been a follower, so it’s in my “jeans”
to go left when the crowd goes right. So when everyone is on a diet, I'm
looking at how to change my lifestyle.
Here is my thought: At the beginning of the year, people start off with their
“Diet Resolution”. In my experience, by this time (mid/late January) a whole bunch of people have jumped off the boat!!
WHY? Some reasons could be...Not convenient…Weird food..Too expensive…
Why resolve to do something that, more often than not, doesn’t seem to work?
Why not change your lifestyle so you won’t have to diet?
