Oh the potato! We eat so many of them in so many forms….from chips to baked to french fried (don’t forget the burger) or even in the form of flour! Potatoes have permeated our meals.
Hail to the world’s fourth largest food crop! The potato provides a great source of vitamin C, has more potassium than a banana, and it’s fat, sodium, cholesterol and gluten free!
So here’s to the potato or do you say potata?
